What we collect
Standard server-side request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for operational purposes — debugging, abuse prevention, and capacity planning. Logs rotate on a 30-day cycle.
Cookies
Key Fob Hub does not set first-party tracking cookies. We don't run analytics that follow you across sessions.
Third-party data
Vehicle make and model names were seeded from the public NHTSA vPIC API; year-by-year production coverage has not been individually validated. Querying the NHTSA API is server-side; visitors to Key Fob Hub do not directly contact NHTSA.
Contact & corrections
If you submit a correction via our contact page, we use the information you provide solely to evaluate and incorporate the correction. We don't add your email to any list.
Data retention & your rights
Server access logs are retained for 30 days. If you'd like a record of any data we may hold related to your visits, contact us via the contact page and reference the IP address(es) you'd like searched.
Children's privacy
Key Fob Hub is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with the revision date noted at the top.
